I have a hard time finding the motivation for cardio and this heart-pumping workout really kept me going.
Beckys enthusiasm transends the MP3, and I felt like she was right there with me the entire time.
It was my first of Beckys MP3 workouts and now Im heading back for more!

Becky's Cardio Challenge is no joke. I have done the workout outside and on a treadmill and found both workout methods amazing! The best part is that you will never tire of it. Just when you need a new challenge or you want to take it to the next level - just up the speed or repeat the challenge!!! Perfect.

I'm someone who watches the clock when I'm on the treadmill. Becky's motivating messages and shorter intervals really make time fly. The nearly half-hour workout was over before I knew it, and she sure knows how to make you sweat! I'm looking forward to trying out her other MP3s.

This Cardio Inteval Run is perfect for all levels. Having Becky in my head on this run made it that much easier to complete. I amazed myself after completing this 30 min workout.
