If you don't think you have time in your day for a workout, this will change your mind. After the first few minutes I was sweating and after the 12 minute workout, I felt like I had done 30 minutes of cardio and weights. I would definitely recommend this MP3, which will also work well in a hotel room when I'm traveling. Thanks, Becky!
