Total Body Sculpt Beginner: Don’t be fooled – this is not for the faint of heart – just those who are new to Becky’s hard core style of pushing it to the max. Even if you are a seasoned fitness buff, this workout is good for the days you want to work out — but just don’t have 100% to give. This is a full body circuit similar to the Advanced workout, with fewer reps and more recovery time. Use this program if you are new to working out or need to rebuild strength/endurance.
